Huff, Clayborn Huff, Rayborn Huff, and Lance Huff, blends driving rock beats with contemporary arrangements to create a sound somewhere between rock and CCM. David and the Giants formed in 1969, but were not a Christian band at the time. They toured playing songs by other mainstream artists. But then in 1977 their Christianity led them to release independently their first Christian album, Song of Songs.
