Song Description:
"I wrote this song in a teaching session. You see, I truly believe that everyone can write music. In 2002 or so, I was traveling to different colleges and church teams teaching teams how to write together, to provide current and heart felt expressions to God. The verse came in Toronto with a small group of unsuspecting students. The Chorus came with a bunch of students in my home church of Rockford IL. That is why to this day there are a lot of writers listed on this song. Faithful Father became the theme song for 3 years straight for my own group of 200 students, as well as other college groups around the nation. And I wrote it with an unpretentious heart, just wanting to love Jesus in a song! If you ask me, those are the best! This was the first song I heard being played in "big people church" as well." - Sarah Kelly
