"I feel like I finally know what grace means. I have spoken, believed and thought I had experienced it fully for all of my life, but it wasn't until just last year that I finally got it. I can never ever earn my way to Heaven, never serve a church enough, never "raise my convictions" enough to earn my way in. I think it might take a few big mistakes to truly grasp grace.
