When All Is Said and Done Lyrics
Life's too short to be lukewarm,
This is I know, this I know.
Jesus You can have it all
My every breath,
My every breath.
I need Your power to live this life,
This I know, this I know.
I can't do this by myself;
You're Christ in me
My only hope,
My only hope.
As I walk this broken world,
Tune my life to heaven's song
For I am Yours.
And when all is said and done,
Tune my life to heaven's song
Forevermore.

Song Description:
'Half way through recording the album, we were at Abbey Road studios in London for a couple of days. At that point I still felt there was another song to come, and there's nothing like a deadline to get you focussed! In a quiet moment, I escaped into the studio lounge with my guitar, and this song was written really quickly. The idea of having our lives tuned to heaven's song was something I'd been playing with for a while, and in these moments it all started to come together.
We came into the studio the next day and recorded it on a lovely upright piano, right in the middle of the big space of Abbey Road Studio 2. We decided right there and then it needed a big string section on it, and a few weeks later recorded a 27 piece orchestra in the city of Prague.' - Matt Redman
