"Michael's inspiration for 'Before it was Said' came from a situation that His sister, Michelle, was going through back home in Oklahoma. She had been struggling to hear from God and Mike had been praying for her for quite some time. Writing these words was a way for Mike to express how he felt and at the same time encourage Michelle to press on."
